McQuaide Truckload has 48 state authority but operates mainly in the states of Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, Maryland, Ohio, Virginia, and West Virginia.

Our Van Division consists of 350, 53 ft van trailers. We move general commodities with a large percentage of the moves being food and beverage related. We do move some hazardous materials. Our only product is service and our on-time delivery percentage is regularly at 99%. With nearly 80 years experience we have a solid reputation and a proven record of dependable service.

The Flatbed Division operates mostly in Pennsylvania mainly moving steel and construction related products. We have flats, lowboys, stretch flatbeds, drop decks and special wind blade trailers.

The Special Commodities Division has been developed to provide comprehensive project management services for transporting oversize, overweight or irregular commodities.

We have an experienced staff for planning, driving and escorting. Each oversize load requires special permitting and each city and state can have its own requirements. As the size increases so do the rules and planning plays a larger role in the movement.

McQuaide (MTL) has extensive experience in transport project management and can plan and implement a move so that the project is completed on time as planned.

• Wind Industry – We utilize special stretch blade trailers with steerable axles and have moved blades up to 160 ft in length. We provide certified, licensed escorts and properly equipped escort vehicles. We have moved blades throughout much out the U.S.

• Gas Drilling Industry - We utilize wench tractors and flatbed trailers to move much of the equipment and supplies used in the gas drilling industry
